Bloggers I am here before you today to profess my undying love for my Ipod touch app: Lose it. I have been trying to lose a particularly stubborn ten pounds for what feels like forever and I have finally found something that is working for me. So far I've lost three pounds and though I have recently hit a plateau I really think that I will stick with it.
Why I love lose it:
#1 The daily and weekly chart and budget of your calorie intake. You can add to this number by exercising and the app will automatically calculate your net calorie intake per day. I love not having to do any math and having a clear number to go off of for the rest of my day.
#2 The extensive logging system I thought it would be mostly me entering by hand every single thing that I would be eating. Much to my delight this baby has records of hundreds of foods with or without a brand name and more importantly (to me at least) lots and lots of restaurant listings.
#3 This is my all time favorite bit by entering my weight every week I can see the progress I make and chart the plateaus. It is like instant gratification for sticking to the plan when the chart shows my weight loss.
